Refreshing, magical, and yet delightfully suspenseful, we are brought once more to the hallowed halls of Oxford University...

Our main character finds herself at the interviews to join what is widely considered to be Britain's elite university and soon finds herself swept into a social scene that is also full of its own secrets... and soon our main character finds herself at the center of a hunt...except instead of a regular scavenger hunt, or a hunt for something else...

She's being hunted.

And now she owes a debt to the Night City.

This novel is a beautiful work in the fantasy genre and yet is also refreshing in the way that it takes the world and then blends it with its fantasy elements, blends it skillfully with magic, with mysticism... to where it almost feels like a grand fairy tale.... Breeze is a master of prose...and the lingering feeling of unease at the end leaves me yearning for more,,,
